Top 5 Dining and Restaurants Apps on Android in the UK - Q4 2022

The fourth quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top dining and restaurant apps on Android in the United Kingdom. Here is an overview of how McDonald’s UK, Greggs, Domino's Pizza Delivery, Costa Coffee Club, and KFC UKI – Order and Delivery performed, based on data from Sensor Tower.

McDonald’s UK experienced a significant decline in weekly downloads from early October, starting at approximately 132K downloads and dropping to around 29K by the end of December. Weekly active users also decreased from about 601K to 356K over the same period.

Greggs showed a more varied performance. Weekly downloads peaked at around 55K in mid-October but gradually declined to approximately 12K by the end of December. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 53K and 105K throughout the quarter.

Domino's Pizza Delivery saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, rising from around 26K at the end of September to roughly 30K by the end of December. Active users also increased steadily from about 120K to 123K over the quarter.

Costa Coffee Club had a notable peak in weekly downloads in mid-November, reaching about 31K, before declining to roughly 14K by the end of December. The app's active users showed a similar trend, peaking at approximately 160K in mid-November and then decreasing to around 124K by the end of the quarter.

KFC UKI – Order and Delivery had fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 30K in early December before declining to approximately 12K by the end of the month. Active users peaked at about 164K in early December but dropped to around 104K by the end of the quarter.
